Make use of our experienced employees for inspecting (including CSL Level 2, controlled shipping) and reworking  stored goods  or as quality wall in production.

We check almost any mechanical and electronic component by e.g.

  • visual inspections (with or without visual display unit or magnifier)
  • measurements e.g. per calliper or gauge as well as
  • gauge inspections and
  • other inspection methods.

Our specialists are available for special tests (e.g. leakage tests, material tests, magnaflux tests). We are happy to provide details on request.



Inspection results are delivered to you  in our email report, containing all the relevant data, on a daily or weekly basis. On demand we can adapt our documentation to your templates (forms) and information systems.
 
Reworking

Rely on quality and experience and have your reworking done by skilled Qualitas staff.  By using this flexible outsourcing you can avoid  production  bottleneck and staff shortage.

Our employees carry out regular reworking and adjust very quickly to their reworking assignments.

Reworking can be done in your company  or in one of our external sorting and reworking stations. It might even be advisable to install a service point.
 
Inspection of incoming and outgoing goods
Benefit from Qualitas staff to check consignments to customers or from suppliers. Our employees can be hired permanently or at short notice as requested. We are also happy to support your inspection staff, if need be.

Our employees are trained to adjust in no time to new or changed inspection criteria. Variances are recorded in a clearly laid out documentation  and are available for your analysis already during inspection.

Inspections and reworking can be carried out as follows:

1. In-house inspection
Our staff provides you with quick and direct response to all assigned task in your workshops or storage rooms.

2. Service point
We offer our customers the possibility to introduce Qualitas specialists directly on site.

The benefits are obvious:
  • Optimal response times as our staff is already located on site.
  • Flexible commissioning, since we take care of direct billing with your suppliers. Thus even small orders can be executed at minimal costs.
  • Extended field of assignment through introduction of our staff at short notice e.g. in your production and stock-receipt also in co-operation with your employees.
  • Predictable required space: Set-up of a separate workplace on your premises. No reworking stations are needed on the production site.

The Qualitas in-house service point is the flexible solution for the industry. It is provided and equipped after agreement with Qualitas.

3. External sorting stations
If sorting or reworking cannot be done on your premises for logistical reasons, you can make use of our external inspection stations. After agreement with your logistics department we can organise delivery of the goods, too. If you are interested, please refer to our customer service.
